CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because microblading appointments require significant preparation and prevent us from booking other clients during that time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment may transfer your deposit to a future appointment. * If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, 25% of your initial deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a late cancellation fee. * Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment. * Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or shortened if it would affect the quality of your service. Late cancellations due to tardiness may also be subject to the non-refundable deposit policy. We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible at 972-863-1617 and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
